    I agree with that view. Not sure this is a takeover. I personally don’t see the benefit in running vet and retail together.
    Pets at home seem to have made a hash of that model. Didn’t work that well for Petsmart and I don’t really think it works well for Greencross. Again, total bias on my part with a view from professional services side of the fence.
