PS: their click and collect stuff is top notch they need to promote it more and get more people to use it
most stuff I order online click and collect get notified within an hour that it ready to be picked up
Done it a few times a few hours before I go home and pick them up on the way home
There are a lot of improvement that can be yield, this management need to know how to extract it
if they cant do it fire the lot of them and hire a new lot or sell it to the PE, they know what to do.
