patently obvious vcr in fear mode. Well let's be fair here. These outrageous statements about Heartware could do with a dose of reality.

The Heartware float as I believe was vastly oversubscribed. I know that I was told that there was nothing available and that the stock was grabbed to my knowledge by very powerful and clever investors. I believe the company was very modest in the fundraising and there is negligible leakage of funds.

I believe there is funding from very committed players. I also know from the prospectus that a reputable UK insto run by the world's longest surviving device implantee (jarvik) is backing it for 1million pounds and in trials.

The stock will list at a premium.

My information, and I am well informed in this area, is that the VCR patent action has no hope at all and I hope it is dealt with quickly. VCR was prepared to settle for use of the Heartware technology and even posters here 'dream' about VCR taking Heartware over.

My belief is that the Heartware outfit have simply told VCR to go to hell. They have a superior product by a country mile, I believe based on my research and sources.
