Thesi ....I didnt read the latest update on these cars, but "yes" taxis are already suffering due to Uber and Grab Taxi but serve them right ...those guys drive a taxi and even when they show the "green light" they refuse to stop because they want you to book a cab for $3.0
On the pricing Singapore Govt just prints money with the COE ( Certificate of entitlement) which is included in the price of a car to allow you to drive a car in Singapore, ranging from $40-70,000 PER VEHICLE....so I am sure they wont give this up but instead slap it on the electric cars too.......
And the fuel price ....NEVER goes down even though oil is cheap ...so its a WIN WIN WIN for the PAP.....
