Consolidation, is a mechanism to alter (raise) the individual share-price really, and reduce the number of shares on the market/s. Your shares might roll 2 into 1 for example. Value / your equity stays the same effectively but you trade less units. Of course how the market reacts to a consolidation or additional share split / dilution is the key thing. Consolidation would be seen as a positive at this time as we strive to reach $1 where international funds can put money into Galaxy. I think it will happen fairly soon.
