Sayona does not have the capital to bid on this, not sure what they are trying to do here. I own Sayona and Galaxy both. If the the converter is ready to go, Galaxy would be far better suited than Sayona. Sayona might benefit from a nearby converter if they ever get approvals for their mine. IF CATL is involved though I think it might be difficult to gain control and could get messy / expensive.
