With the huge stockpile of spod that Alita has, GXY could have put its own
operations on Care and Maintenance for 3 months (saving money) and
offloading the stored stockpile to its own suppliers.
And I believe Alita have good quality product (and higher grade ore?).
And there is the converter which would have been very handy to have.
I wonder what management are thinking...
