2 Stop spending money on A40 and initiate a share buy back

I personally support no 1 at this point in time and would not support a buy back till our export numbers return to normal.
Once our ships continue to sail over the horizon at a regular basis, bringing in forecasted revenue, happy to support a buy back then.
