True that gaining a controlling stake would be hard, or impossible without board approval but there's around 250 million shares available with JRO seeming to be a distressed seller... Maybe the shorting activity (recently rebounding) is to force JRO to keep the selling tap on and scoop the shares up... If the next quarterly shows anywhere near the numbers telegraphed surely interest will pick up? That said where are the deliveries for May we're more than half way in now has there been any?
