Nah, the homeless in Hawaii is bad. Lots of people come over from the mainland and bring their mental and/or criminal problems with them. Shopping carts are loaded with 55gallon trash bags filled with plastic and cans along with their scores from dumpsters diving adventures. And so when you say multi-baggers that is what I think of. I do not think your use of multi-baggers is what you really meant to say since "penny stocks" are what's volatile. @thewisdom
