Just had a look at notes I made from both Merge calls, and my understanding is:
1. From next week ORE will have new shares issued and will trade under the same company name and ASX code
2. Then At the ORE AGM to be held some time in October, Chaired by Martin Rowley, a company name change will be one of the resolutions. With that usually comes a ASX Code change.
