Unless you consider GXYs assets to be worth less than OREs it won't be a dilution... Sure, there will be 295M more ORE shares, but all of GXY will become part of ORE. Given the hype around Lithium going on all across the media at the moment I'm expecting a jump on the merger, as those who don't like small caps will see Mergeco as more investable.
