There is no doubt that what you say is true. I briefly mentioned it and went on further in the paragraph that I lost about how those changes occurred over many thousands or even millions of years. Some species survived and thrived others went extinct. The problem with the climate changing so rapidly due to the Human induced changes is that species do not have tome to adapt and evolve. Again there will be winners and losers this time, it’s just that Humans will be on the losing side (along with many other species). If it happens that way we deserve it, maybe it is inevitable anyway if not climate a virus may take us out anyway,
