    its peg to ORE at .569 share so if you have 1000 GXY shares, it will become 569 shares to the new "MergeCo" , MergeCo shares price which is effectively the share price of ORE, So at the end of this merger.. you will have 569 shares multiply it to what ever is the share price of ORE.
