    Thanks everyone for explaining - I thought $5.69 was wrong. I have 10,000 so I'll have 5,690 of Merger Co, which at today's ORE price of c. $9.50 is $54,055 vs today's GXY price of $5.40 = $54,000 so they are now level pegging.
