Galaxy Lithium (Sal de Vida) S.A., a subsidiary of Australian lithium miner Galaxy Resources Ltd., is advancing plans to develop its flagship Sal de Vida lithium and potash brine project in Argentina. The project is located in the lithium triangle, where Chile, Argentina and Bolivia meet and the source of 60% of global lithium production. The company recently completed the acquisition of the last remaining outstanding tenements relating to the project and now owns all the land parcels necessary for extraction and the processing facilities in the future. Galaxy Lithium also completed the last of its environmental permitting and the project has now obtained all major approvals necessary for development.
