The agreement should be completed in the next 30 days or so. It's well advanced. What we have is a pretty simple Joint Venture. There is some free capacity in one of the trains. There is an unused train at that plant, newly constructed plant in China in Yichun, jiangte plant. What we will do is feed spodumene to the plant and will charge the JV at cost. They will charge the conversion cost at cost. No conversion cost. No capital will be included. We sell the hydroxide and/or carbonate. We share the margin equally. It will take a while to ramp up the plant. We should be hitting straps in the second half of next year
