By way of comment EMH deal fell over, Sileach announced and no testing done with Strategic Metallurgy.

For LIT to get finance for an Lmax plant in WA they need a PFS/DFS, ore reserves etc. to make a FID (a genuine commitment to build a plant)

All of this in 14 months - next you will tell me the tooth fairy is real

If a big Gorilla wants to build in WA and the corporal gets cute they will drain every last cent from LIT in lawyer fees or a bogus takeover at a ridiculous price
