Hi Sharpey, great reply - thanks for all the info. From what I can gather from the release from LIT it seems that they have until sometime in 2020 to commit to building a plant in WA, Czech Republic and another country/area of their choice to secure that agreement for a further 20 years.
I don't like to bring up negative things here and I am in the choir preaching the virtues of LPD like everyone else, but these LIT guys have a legal agreement with Lepidico that they are going to use in any way they can to improve their position.
