Like any new processing plant, PLS will go thru what GXY gone thru - various approval delays, contractors /subcontractors non performance, design issues, wet weather, industrial relation problems, procurement issues, teething problem, cost blow out and funding issues etc etc.
I would be surprised if they produce by mid 2018 (scheduled end 2017), took GXY more than a year to get the plant up and running utilising existing established facility.
For a complete new plant, it would be a gigantic effort (almost everything run like clockwork) if it can be completed in 1.5 year, i.e mid 2018 , there will be many challenges and disappointments along the way.
Historically, very seldom a project ever run on time or ahead of time, so brace yourself for a bumpy share price in the next 18 months.
