Must admit that part jumped out at me too with the whole Hong Kong listing possibility. I'll remind people of the snippet I found on the 16th of September:
"Chinese private investment firm Creat Group's Australian unit Galaxy Resources Ltd (GXY.AX), a manufacturer of lithium carbonate, planned a Hong Kong listing for January 2011, said Zheng Yue-wen, chairman of the board of Creat Group."
If that's coming from the chairman of Creat Group you'd think they must have some idea. The announcement really didn't seem to suggest a typical capital raising. Of course they may have plans for Hong Kong relating to their EMD which will also require funding. Going to be interesting to see what comes out of this for sure.
