Dont think so, probably more a case of diverting more energy to the South Australia contract as that is now in the global spotlight and must be done to a strict deadline and also perhaps more energies being dedicated to the Model 3 batteries to make sure that launch is successful and batteries are available for that as that would also have a bigger bearing on the Tesla SP going forward.
