One other thing. The price of lithium doesn't have to increase for the value of the company to increase. Looking at SDV for now what is it worth? Some value in existing research data, some construction and no income generation... A few hundred Mill?.. Less?
Fast forward and it is running at 25,000T of Li2CO3. The income could be at todays prices and profit at $10,000 /T or the prices could decrease. Say the sale price went all the way down to $5,000 /T and the profit were only $1,000-$2,000 /T
Your free cash flow would be $25M- $50M per year. What is the asset worth now? I bet it's a lot more than a few hundred Mill... and that's with a price decrease of around 67%.
One other thing. The price of lithium doesn't have to increase...
