What about those filthily rich Asians who come to Australia and invest their millions (if not billions) in our hyper-inflated real estate sector?
Does not the real estate sector, in this respect, contributes positively to our ever suffering Current Account figure?

**** Of course , I am only joking...For, even though the above argument can be viewed positively, overall it has a very small favourable affect on the total (huge) balance of payments deficit...
