That was my argument.......Many Asians still view our real estate sector as "undervalued" compared to their, hence the millions they pour into Australia.....Just ask the North Queenslanders...Not to mention certain suburbs in Sydney.....


***** I was in Chatswood, Sydney, last September.....
It's now overwhelmed (in a positive way I mean it) by Hong Kong Chinese who brought, and invested literally hundreds of millions of dollars.....
We had some of the best dim sims I have ever tasted in a Chinese (very large) Hong Kong style restaurant in Chatswood...And extremely reasonable prices may I add.....
