Hi I knew the good days when there was NO Capital Gains Tax then they introduced Capital Gains on 100 percent at your top marginal rate now 50 percent on your top rate Back to the good days I should add that the states still have this insiduos tax called Land Tax levied every year and passed on to the tenants in most cases Cheers Towie
