Hi an interesting read . The negative gearing that is supposed to be the real demon because it has enabled investors to borrow to build homes for rental ( how else do we house the people who cannot afford to buy ) The landlords who are doing this are now being slugged with an out of control Land Tax that sluggs them every year ( There should be no Capital Gains tax when they sell ) Cheers Towie Comments looked forward to Towie
