You cant seriously take anything he says unless its already happened. re ATO the remaining $60mill of the $96 mill should be a liability, unless and until a court of law says otherwise. which basically means CFE is in the red big time. Down to $20 mill cash and assets that we have no real valuation on ( other than Tonys asking price. Oh well, just as well I love my job, cos my retirement has now been put off a couple of years,
