i investor with SDV....going back to it's days as INL ( Intec Ltd) The essential turnaround came when Lewis Utting invested and joined the board, eventually to become the CEO. He was the catalyst to unlock value. Family reasons sadly resulted in his departure not long after SDV acquired Sean Halpins water technology business. There was a major drop in price after his leadership ended b/c none of us earlier investors had any notion of the capabilities of Sean and his partner. The water technology business they ran was only a $20M annual operation which paled in comparison to the growth rates the Lewis had achieved with SDV. I think the SP recovery we have seen is partly due to the good work of Sean and other directors demonstrating they DO have the skills and knowledge to capitalise on this massively important market. I can foresee SDV developing into a truly significant player. General market has not woken up but eventually they will.
