Sometimes small companies are more focussed on "operations" than PR/IR, which I understand but they really should keep an eye on their communications strategy. I'm sure I am not the only one who gets nervous when a website is out of date.
By the way, I have often read with interest (and profited from) your insightful analysis of CCP and I expect to take a position in BYL when I lighten up on some other holdings
