The 23/02/2015 date for the Interim Report was given in the “Corporate Calendar” information area by Westpac, Comsec and probably other online brokers, so it probably came from Morningstar. The date was flagged with an asterisk with the standard comment that it was only an estimate. In my experience, that date is generally reliable, but not 100% so - for example, NWH's Interim Report was given as 26/02/2016, and it came out a week early, presumably, because there was no reason to wait until 26/02/2016.

In BYL's case, the Mediation on the Main Roads WA matter was set for February 2016, and hence BYL has a reason to hold back if resolving that matter is imminent.

Out of curiosity I have just Googled for info on this issue, and Morningstar has BYL's Interim report scheduled for 23/02/2016, and it explains that the * means Morningstar has estimated the date, based on the previous lodgement date – see http://www.morningstar.com.au/Stocks/CorpCalendar
