At the PME AGM the WA contract was discussed. PME only play in the area that they focus on - software. If my memory serves me correctly, the WA contract was for hardware/software and I presume deployment of HW/SW. Was also mentioned that they are completely averse to working with Government, in particular UK national health system as they always buy on price....
