Yes agreed regarding artists/sellers finding the best deal for themselves and a lot of them list on multiple POD sites. Before I bought into RBL, I did do some research into the competitive landscape for POD sites and it appeared that RBL had the lead along with Teepublic in terms of volumes sold and also relatively more favorable customer reviews that preferred RBL over the other sites. For a seller, it is very easy and simple experience to use RBL, just set up acct and upload design compared to say an Etsy (even though not directly 100% like for like business). With a strong cash balance and desire to continue to invest in their tech and customer experience, I am quietly confident that they can stay ahead of the competition and scale up further.
