Rumours were swirling last year about an acquisition. They appear to have come to nothing. I'm okay with them taking their time and getting a purchase right. Those of us who've been here awhile can remember the awful lack of due diligence on purchases made around IPO... and the long way back it's been from that.
I'm hoping that the dividend will be north of 2.5cps - they will have room to pay that.
