Goldman Sachs is assuming H1 revenue NZD 600m and H2 revenue NZD 660m to calculate their target price of NZD 12.50.
Thus A2M needs H1 revenue of 600m or the target price will be re-calculated downwards. (using discounted cash flows)
Such is the life of a high growth stock, expectations need to met or exceeded or the price will go backwards.
I hope to buy more stock this week on any weakness.
