IMO.
Market weakness a result of increased spends as @JLB1865 explained (22% increase is quite large).
Target of $200m revenue by 2019 in conjunction with this report equals profit and margins under pressure until target is reached.
But, I'm bullish on the stock and hope that expenses can be kept in control over the coming periods.
