Trading doesn't look good coming into results. The bloody spread has been heavily skewed in favour of the sell for years.
They've had opportunities. IMHO they should have extended and bought Cadillac Jack. Pundits ran the numbers and come up with 400mill as acceptable borrowings around that time. They could have done that deal at 382mill. That was 13,000 units. Instead they went for Nova, 1300 units
One tenth the size. Expansion has been slow, IMO due to their hesitance to borrow. Going to take a long time at this rate.
I'm just a average punter. I would like to know others opinions regarding their expansion strategies.
