Looks like a bit of a gentleman's agreement between big holders to sacrifice a portion of their shares to a party that wanted them. That's my reading of it anyway because I dont think any single person or entity owned 80m shares.
The interested party would of course have acted through a corporate adviser so their identity would not be known by the sellers.
Is it precursor to a takeover? No idea. But I find it hard to imagine anyone making this size of an investment unless that was their intention.
