In terms of VPC Specialty Lending (VSL:LSE), it houses the holdings for the assets and VPC provides debt facility to these assets.

Here is the VPC Specialty Lending Vehicle listed top ten positions from 31 December 2021 (see annual report for 2021 Calendar year here):

Regarding this vehicle, there are 278,276,392 shares on issue and the current NAV is marked at 105.51p (see the latest NAV on 01-08-2022)


VSL:LSE owns positions in the business which is reported above, however VPC also lends to these business as follows:


Note: Some of the above Debt Facility numbers may vary dependent upon whether the company has fully utilised the credit facility or where VPC was not the sole provider of the credit facility.
Also believe Kredivo investment should be in there somewhere too within the Top 10 in VSL:LSE.

I said in prior post the NAV of VSL:LSE wasn't that significant, however after searching the debt facilities provided by VPC add up to approximately 30% of VPC's FUM. It is valuable to monitor how these companies are doing.
