I'm reluctant to discuss HZR here, but as you brought it up the MIN paddle tube reactor produced graphite at a better output than was predicted. The reason given by MIN not to pursue the partnership was that they wanted to concentrate on their key sectors of lithium and iron rather than pursue battery materials. Any other reasons are just speculation (there could be many), unless you have direct contact with Chris Ellison.
