    Yes they do work by van der Waal forces but during testing for flexural strength the load result at point of fracture can be significantly double that of the control concrete batch.

    EDE loves to hype the irrelevant. Flexural strength is a simple indirect measure of the tensile strength of non-reinforced concrete. In the real world flexural strength is not a major issue because a) concrete isn't homogeneous of a large scale and b) virtually all concrete is reinforced. In supported pavement - the only significant use of Edencrete so far - tensile strength is a non-issue (and assumed to be zero).

    Granted they don't own the CNT patent for concrete, but they cover the IP for its formulation as an admixture were CNTs are evenly dispersed and suspended in a water/sufactant mixture with a long shelf life.

    Incorrect. They have a patent for one (of many) method(s). It is so obvious to any industrial chemist that it is unlikely to even stand up to a legal challenge.
