"Concrete cancer" is a major problem in many high-rise constructions.This is manifest initially in parts of verandas and balconies flaking off,rust stains coming through to the surface and "swelling" of structual components .It is usually treated cosmetically due to the high expense of correcting the core problem.That is the rheo rusting which can be due to many factors.
What EDE has shown is much slower penetration of chloride which can act as an chemical agent to cause rust and is probably a marker for the entry of other deleterious agents into the structure,

The building industry is VERY slow to adapt.
What EDE needs to do is market to Architects who will specify the use of EDEN products.

ps Asculpeous suggested some time ago that EDE market to the retail sector.The idea was scoffed at the time.That's happening.
