It appears that our worst scenario is starting to occur, much higher water cut than expected, lower oil production; return on capital expended now extended way into the future.
All we can hope is that the water handling equipment is up to the job. I have a concern that they might have to start re-injecting the water due to DOIR requirements. That leads to another concern that AED doesn’t have an injection well. Bugger.
Our only hope is that the oil price is a lot higher then when the project was sanctioned.
Unfortunatly it now too late to sell as the best prices where 2 or 3 weeks ago.
