Can't see any value add to the board from Kochie or Wyatt Roy. Also the manager get's their fees on a regular basis, but no anticipated regular return to investors - dividends in investments will be retained in the fund and the manager anticipates using the proceeds from divestments to make further investments and only may consider a special dividend to investors.
