I think if more US based biota shareholders gotto know about this lawsuits, they would question the board about the reasons or reasoning behind the settlement of this case, given the Recent GSK scandle overseas.

In hindsight, The $20m cash spent on Vapendavir should have been used for Lani phase II studies in 2011. The return will be more than $200m for the extra two years of the product being on the market and patent protected. Unless the Barda contract doesn't allow this, the managment was really a bunch of xxxxxxxxxx, not worth the millions of pay.
