a single trade with 1,018,400 units of BOTA at $3.3 was done at 10:53:20 according to http://www.nasdaq.com/symbol/bota/time-sales.
So, it may just be some crossing trade between big players.
Hunter Hall or East HIll getting out? The task (controlling Biota holdings Ltd) has been accomplished and it's time to get out? Just my guesses.
