4. Production ramp up
5. Distribution and marketing.
...all takes time.... but I wouldn't be worried about that. The sp 'factors in' future earnings, doesn't have to wait for the mechanical process outlined, though the revenue doesn't flow until all that takes place. But there would be a lively jump in the sp long before that.
