What about the 11.2 Million shares WAL has in itself from previous buy backs. (Refer the top 20 Announcement)
They should be cancelled.

With close to 80% of the shares in the top 20 and 11.2 Million WAL shares in the top 20 one could argue they are getting close to a private company or a management buy out.
With managements lack of interest in the share price maybe we will see a management buy out???
