?appoint four new directors and retain 2 existing directors
?Proposed Directors have skills and experience needed to overcome current leadership crisis and restore value to Company’s share price, including:


A significant financial stake in the Company


Extensive prior experience in successfully resolving corporate disputes between Indonesian and international partners


Generating substantial shareholder returns for both international and local shareholders through resolving the above corporate disputes, and additional foreign-local joint ventures in Asia


Relevant executive-level operational & management mining experience
