    Now I'm convinced someone is collecting PEO...After weeks of almost zero trade a largeish sell order appears....Great time to scare out the feeble retail shareholder...With such small volumes traded, if I wanted to get rid of that many shares I think I'd do it a little more sneakily than that....Good luck to him....!
